  • Yes! Lakeside allows outside vendors.
  • Please share your timeline & our venue policies with your vendors, as clients are responsible for any damages or time extensions incurred by vendors.


  • No, we do not have a kitchen suitable to cook or reheat food. 
  • Please confirm with your caterer that your food will be fully cooked before arriving & their plan to keep food warm during your event.
  • Our cooler area has counter-space for food storage & a sink for hand washing.  


  • Children ages 5 years & up should be considered at the ‘regular’ per person rate.


  • Those who are under 21 will be considered at the ‘regular’ per person rate.


  • Those who are 21 & older will be considered at the ‘open bar’ per person rate, regardless of sobriety.


  • All trash must be placed in the provided trash bins. 
  • This includes trash from the event space, deck & surrounding area, as well as the Bridal Suite & Groom's Lounge.
  • Your Lakeside Event Supervisor will be there to switch out trash liners throughout the event.


  • We require at least the last hour of your rental block be reserved for break down.


  • We require vendors to arrive at least 1 hour before the end of your rental block.
  • Vendor items will not be stored inside our Hall.


  • Coolers, of any size, are not permitted on Lakeside property.


  • No, but they can be! Please inquire about our Coordination Packages for more details.


  • Two complimentary bottles of Champagne or Sparking Cider will be placed in suites that are rented or included in your package.
  • You may not bring outside alcohol to drink in your suite. 
  • Additional bottles may be purchased through Lakeside for $10 each


  • Tables - Yes. You may also put our linens & decor, if it is included in your package, outside.
  • Chairs - No. Lakeside's banquet chairs are not permitted outside. Please consider renting outdoor chairs.


  • 9am - 5pm is our earliest 8 hour block.
  • 3pm - 11pm is our latest 8 hour block.


  • For evening events: you may extend your rental time by adjusting the start time of your rental block.
    • Example: 1pm - 11pm, instead of 3pm - 11pm.
  • For morning events: you may extend your rental time by adjusting the end time of your rental block. 
    • Example: 9am - 7pm , instead of 9am - 5pm.
  • Additional rental hours are $300/hour.


  • No, all items must be removed from the building after your event. 
  • Vendor items that are not picked up by the end of the rental block will be placed outside.


  • We have a walk-in cooler that you may store fruits, desserts, or extra non-alcoholic beverages.
  • We do not have a freezer.
